The 2025 HES and Bromfield Ski and Snowboard Club is now accepting registrations! This program runs for 6 weeks on Wednesdays after school starting Wed, Jan 8th.
Wednesday ONLY passes from Wachusett are discounted through 12/1. Full Season Pass DISCOUNTS from Wachusett end on 10/16.
Bus service for HES and Bromfield students is arranged through Harvard Park & Rec. Buses are first come, first served, so sign up early!

YOU MUST DO BOTH STEP 1 AND STEP 2 BELOW!
Eligibility & Schedule:
-Grades: 3-12
-Schedule: Six Wednesdays after school- 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12
-Registration closes: December 20, 2024
Program Registration Details:
Step 1: Register on the Wachusett Mountain website
- For Bromfield students – please use the code BFHSC
- For HES students – please use the code HDESC
- There are two types of passes you can choose from:
- Six-week Student Pass
- Select “6WK Lift Badge WED”
- Passes are on sale now for $189 through Dec 1st. The price increases to $219 on Dec 2nd.
- Season Pass (limited availability)
- These passes allow your child to ski/board on Wednesdays with the school club and access the mountain on non-club days
- Discounted prices until 10/16/24
- 6-week lessons, rentals and ski/ride pass insurance are available at sign up for additional fees
Step 2: Register on the Harvard Park & Rec site for a spot on the bus
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and under Register, click "Log in"
- You must create a log in if you do not already have one.
- The bus fee is $195 if registered before Dec 1 (price increases to $210 after Dec 1). This includes roundtrip transportation to and from Wachusett Mountain for 4th – 12 graders. (Please note that when you register it will say $210, but the early bird discount will be taken off when you go to checkout if you register before 12/1/24).
- 4th and 5th graders have their own bus that picks up and drops off at HES (*Please note that there is currently no bus service for 3rd Graders - they must have their own transportation to and from the mountain)
- 6th – 12th graders have their own bus that pick up and drop off at TBS.
- Buses are first-come, first served and they do fill up quickly! We will do our best to accommodate all those interested, but cannot guarantee a spot, so please register ASAP
- If your child is only taking the bus one-way, you must still purchase the bus pass.
