Learn to Paddle 2026
Beginning and Advanced canoe and kayak lessons are available in each of the 3 Beach Lesson Sessions of the summer. Requirements:
* Recommended age is 8 and up. Younger students will be tested to see if they are capable and can follow directions. If not a refund will be issued.
* Must pass 10 minute swim test fully dressed, shoes, socks, long pants, long shirt. Must pass the test every time they take a youth boating class.
* Classes with minimal registrations may be combined or canceled.
* Non-residents must park at the schools, walk down and leave the beach when lessons are complete.
