April 10, 2025Due to technical difficulties, the Boat Lottery results are not yet available. We are working to fix the issue and will notify winners as soon as we do. If you win a spot, you will return to this site to pay.Fees for 2025 winners are: Half Canoe/Kayak Rack Spot: $70 Full Canoe/Kayak Rack Spot: $140 Cove Moorings: $50 Outer Moorings: $250 Slips: $750 Stickers will be issued to all lottery winners if they pay by May 4th. On May 5th, registration re-opens to the general public and any remaining storage positions may be purchased. All boats stored at the beach must have a current year sticker displayed or they will be removed. They may also be removed if left at the beach after Nov 15th. Any boats impounded by the Harbormaster will cost $50/yr to get released.
